Are your fragrances made in Australia?
Yes, all our fragrances are proudly made in Sydney, Australia.
Do you offer express shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping due to air travel regulations. As fragrances are classified as flammable goods, they can only be transported by road. We currently ship via Australia Post standard eParcel service. Please allow 2-7 days (from dispatch time) for your order to arrive. We are actively working on offering international shipping soon.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our fragrances are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. They have not been tested on animals and do not contain any animal derived ingredients. They are also free from parabens and palm oil. We are committed to working exclusively with reputable suppliers who adhere to global regulations, including the ethical and sustainable procurement of materials. All our fragrances are IFRA certified (International Fragrance Association), ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
How do we store our fragrances?
Store your fragrances in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat, to preserve their longevity and potency.
Do you offer after pay?
Yes, Afterpay is available as a payment option.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your item at info@maskai.com.au and we will be happy to assist you. If you’re unsure which scent is right for you, we recommend trying our Mini Discovery Set, which includes all four of our signature fragrances - a perfect way to experience them before committing to a full size
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any changes. Please double-check that all details, including your delivery address, are correct before finalising your purchase. We recommend using a secure delivery address, as we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
Are your fragrances unisex?
Yes! Our fragrances aren’t limited to any one gender and can be enjoyed by everyone. Some scents may have sweeter notes that might lean more feminine, however all of our fragrances are gender-inclusive and can be enjoyed by all.
Will you be creating more fragrances?
Yes, we have new fragrances in the works! New scents and collections will be launching soon - stay tuned!
